look bandit you insinuated that he cant grow in just soil, telling him his weed is gonna suck, but thats not true. its a pretty bland assumption too, your giving out false information without knowing what your talking about. and if you actually read the post i was bashing on that guy cause it was one of the most absurd threads i have ever seen.

look clidefrog, you can grow in just soil outdoors, but i would recommend adding some compost and mixing it in with the soil. add some wormcastings if you can get them (i know somebody who grows worms in tupperware containers for the castings). the plants in my garden are outrageous and i only added a few handfuls of compost and a handful of castings. so jsut try it out and if you start to notice it dieing then get a fertilizer and figure out whats good for you and your plants

in my indoor shit im using FF, but i wont use it anymore. i dont bubble it, i shake it then mix it in with my water, then water. im thinking of getting jacks, ive heard they work well, and they arent expensive and i can get a big bag, which is smarter for my budget. as long as the plant isnt deficient in any nutrients dont add too much, its all a bunch of hype. sure a little extra will help, but until you find the balance use too little not too much.

If you get your soil right with a good organic compound then yes you can just add water (preferably ph'd) and do well personally for the few dollars it costs I like to at least add some molasses, superthrive, and some potash.

i have not given my plants any type of nutrients will it still be some cool bd or do i have to give it some 1st timer???
The weeds (not WEED!) in my garden grow apace with no nutes.

But seriously, when growing MJ, as with most human activities, what you get OUT is proportional to the time, effort and money that you put IN.

i agree with you to the extent of the MONEY that you put in, time and effort are the real variables. you dont need expensive fancy labels for good plants, the biggest problem with people on RIU is that they overthink and try going advanced before they even know the basics. grow some tomatoes and peppers, once you can do that grow your weed the same way

If you want nutes and its not in your soil. fill a bucket with water, put a lil bit of sheep/chicken/cow manure in the water stir and shake it to airate the water do this for a day then pour into the soil !

Hope this helps. ^^^^ and its cheap, sheep shit has like a NPK of 4/6/2 or something
