Can I Grow Decent Plants from the Seeds I Got from Some really Sweet, Tight Buds?

Can I successfully GROW any healthy plants with seeds I have, from some really good schwag I have-I EXPECT that (what I have) is from FEMALE plants, but the seeds within the buds; some look obviously bad, but others have stripes and are fairly large and rounded....hence my confusion.(The buds are tight,with an impressive smell and excellent medicinal qualites.
Any help is gretly appreciated

Well first this is the wrong section to post this question in but if you can get a seed to germinate then you should be able to grow it.

No guarantee it'll turn out female, chances are it'll be a hermie if it's from bagseed.

If it's a cannabis seed, why would you not be able to grow it?

Sure you can grow it. Good possability it will produce seeds though, especially if the bag it came from had a pile of seed ex: a 1/8th with 15 seeds or so. If thats the case the plants will more than likely hermie and produce seeds also...
