I agree with you should be able to hire/fire anyone you want...but once you get big and expand ..people watch and if you have 500 employees and all white..you will be sued and you will probably lose..just like if you fired someone for being old or gay or taking insulin for diabetes..and eventually smoking marijuana .

I see what you are saying. But many corporations are fucked because of this subject. If you have 500 employees you are in a world of shit if 300 of those employees don't do shit and you can't fire any of them.

there is a difference between "any reason" and "not doing their job"

when they aren't doing their job.. you can fire them. ...just don't use THC as a way to catch them!..

lol. i did. rammed hard. but tbh, best thing that happened. i hated it there and it made me put more drive into the gardening.

speaking of which.. flower room is back to running and i've added a 1000watt, but damn is it hot in there,. will have pics up asap.

Yea the heat right now is crazy. Do you run lights on at night or day? Night is much better.

i've found that turning a 1000 off completely or just for an hour or two, in the middle of the cycle can help. just rotate the plants more. 600's and 400's r a good alternative. finally looking at a solution to beat summer heat for real... just waiting for installer to rig my nu mini-split ductless a/c. July and Aug will look much different this year.

My basement could handle it...gotta be 20 degrees cooler below grade here in my new mich pad...just worry about mildew...will find out soon, after my outties are done I am going hydro and leaving soil behind.

well right now they turn on at 1pm.. so yeah in the evening it runs hotttt -and my electric bill i'm sure hates that too.. (being in prime time hours)

but what is the easiest way to roll back your timers and not effect the plants - extra long night??

ok so let me put it this way, yes i think we as medical marijuana patients should be hired even if we piss dirty, but not to operate machinery or any type of equipment..only to put fish in a box or close on a shelf.. but if we get hurt or fuck company shit up we just like every one else should be drug tested and delt with, weather it be legal or not percribed by a doctor or not.

i have NEVER light poisoned a plant.

i switch the timers around all the time. may lights on at 6, june 7, august 8. and then back.

runnin from temps.lol

why else worry about when or how you switch the lights. the current theory (mostly )is 12/12 makes em flower. anything baut and you're screwed.

switch the light ing to night. it will require a lifestyle change, but, you will fit in. 7 on is right after dinner and ice cream. burn one and go to work.

I got my new Dr. rec for card no. 4 yesterday.

Now I got to decide if I grow 154 plants under Section 8 or go get another card and grow up to 12 instead.

My girl deer who must have a cabana back there in the woods as she never seems to leave them for other pastuers, (her name is Lucy courtesy of my neighbor), had twins again.
I'll get a picture for you all when she brings them up closer to eat some clover in the next few days.
In the past I have woken up with her and her offspring camped out below my window!
I need to sharpen my last canine or something; she is punking me bad man.:lol:

yeah the hermie issue was what i was worried about, never heard it as light poisoned before.
