i am on probation, well its more like a recovery program! i have until the end of january! first, Can i even get my med card? and second, would my recovery program find out? i want my med card so once i get out of the recovery program, i dont get in any trouble with the police!

haha howd i know somebody was going to say that! and its not like it was court sentenced at first, my mom put me in it, when i was 17 before my court date! now almost a year later, i have realized i dont want to get in to anymore trouble! but now im 18 and living on my own! is it possible to get into trouble? also its not like im going to smoke until im done with this program, i just want it, so i can grow!

if you're under 21 it USED to take two different doctors to sign off on a rec for a redcard. 21 is the legal age under a64 so you're fucked there too.
If I were you I'd wait until you're off this probation/program and out of anyone's supervision that may take your freedom away, then get a redcard provided you really need it since you'll be under scrutiny due to age anyway. You may even need prior medical history of a condition.

You need a parietal signature for under 21 for mmj card and most likely in an outpatient program you will be tested. Best to wait or you will be in the cycle of treatment...

i know for a fact i dont need a pariental signature, my friend who just turned 19 got his... and i think i am just going to wait, i was just wondering if i could get in trouble! as in cant i get my medical records locked?? i thought i could!

Yes, getting a red card will get you into trouble. Finish your rehab program first, just simply do what is required before applying for a card. Think of the rehab program as a free education. Smile and be agreeable. Then you can confidentially apply for your card if you are still interested. And for fuck's sake stay out of trouble.

If your friend who is 19 got his either he's full of shit or that doctor needs to get dealt with. It's bullshit like this that will make the whole state look bad.

dick around. they call you in for a random drug test busted going to jail. or raid your house legal with a card or not. yes you could get your card. they find plants. busted going to jail . why do you like jail so much ? willing to hot dog and go back. don't be an ass hole. like one of my buddies. got busted with weed in his car. legal . butt on probation. back to jail for a year ! probation says no drugs .

I'm not saying your wrong but why the hell would an adult(18+) need a parental anything? And why would the "doctor need to get dealt with"? If its medically necessary(seizures, etc) I'd argue a responsible doctor would prescribe to a patient of any age.

Also to the op, I'm 30yo and still regretting something that happened when I was 18. Don't fuck with the law, it will follow you forever.

For recreational: you must be over 21.

For medical: If you're under 18, you need parental consent. If you're between 18 and 21, you don't. If you're over 21, you don't.
