Can i cut off bottom shoots in flower?!

I have some bottom shoots that aren't getting any light, so the buds are like nothing. But I'm on day 28 of flower, so is it too late too cut em off? would it just stress the plants out? My instinct would be to leave em alone, but what do you guys think?

And question number deuce.. if i only water once a week how often should i use tiger bloom, and how often should i flush with straight water?

i'd leave it alone, the small airy buds on the bottom dry up quicker so you can smoke those while you wait for your prizes to dry and cure.

I never cut them. Even if they are under other leaves they still store sugars & starches the plant needs later.

yeah don't cut anything off once you pass the 2nd week in flower or you could stress them. I'm not a soil guy but from what i've read you water with nutes every other time.

some people water with nutrients every other wattering, or even 1/4 strength with every wattering. depends on your situation.
