can i cut all big leaves off when buds reach a good enough size?

hi i have small plants 12 12 from seed flowering and considering cutting all the big leaves off, will this make them grow slower or concentrate the energy on the buds and make them bigger? :-/

I would say not to clip them all But clip some that shade bud sites! Just dont over do it.
