So I live in Arizona and it is way too fucking hot and I also started a job where a night schedule is the only time I’ll be able to work on them their current schedule is 2am to 5:30 am I wanna get them to be turning off at 11 am and on at 5-6pm. I’m planning on switching to flower soon so 11-11 I just have a lot of work on my hands to prep them + let them recover prior to flipping to flower I am working rn and it’s 4:35 when should i turn the lights out? This coming 11am or tm at 11 am?

Thanks

I personally would have it to where when you make the light change it got extra hrs of light instead of a day of less hrs light. If that makes any since. I’m a little lost on your current light schedule

So it’s 2am to 530AM currently for their dark cycle 3.5hours I got a weird schedule in my personal life and that worked for me but now I gotta change it to fit my new schedule/lesson the heat output when lights are on as it’s been hard to keep them down even with growers choices 720’s. sorry about the confusion. Am pm thing fucks me up lmao I get so confused I hate it. I Wish my default was Military time as it makes more sense.

Would I want to do that at 11 am today as I been working all night or wait till tm at 11 am?

Why are you not just doing 18/6 and it won’t make a diff if you do it today or tomorrow. If your gonna have lights off at 11am instead of 2am I would just changer the timer for it to do tomorrow and leave lights on tonite to make the change on tomorrow’s schedule but I don’t think it really will affect anything if you put the schedule to change today.

3.5 hour dark is kind of odd.

Do you work so much that an 18hour lights on schedule is not enough to work on them?

They don't need daily attention.

So your current schedule is:
Lights on - 530am
Lights off - 2am
20.5 lights on, 3.5 lights off. Weird.

You want to change to:
Lights on - 11am
Lights off - 6pm
18 lights on, 6 lights off. Not weird.
Is this correct?

so to change it
Do not shut your lights off at 2am...let them stay on until 6pm - (24hours light will not hurt them), then set your schedule going forward for them to turn on at 11am and off at 6pm.

I did similar switch to move my lights from being on the majority of the day to being on at night due to heat issues as well.
