Can I change lights on time to hour earlier?

I am in need of more sleep.
I check on the girls before I go to sleep and lights come on.
I’m in the middle of flowering.
If I have lights come on an hour earlier and still 12/12;
will I cause herms, or shock them somehow?

You should be fine- no problem - shorten the light cycle by 1 hour one day to adjust or lengthen the dark.
I am going through the same thing-
I decided to have lights on at night to beat the summer heat and now it feels like I am working 24/7- going in before bed and immediately at waking up to feed.
I am wiped out- I think being under the lights at 11:30 pm is messing with me also- hard to get to sleep- but I have severe pain issues also

I was feeling the same.
After time under the lights I’m energized for about two hours.
Also freshly baked but if I can start that nightly routine earlier, life would be easier in the morning.
On site for 5:45am feels unworldly without proper sleep.
I refuse to get up earlier to check them in the morning before work.

thanks for your reply bro.

At my old crib I had no AC so when things got real hot I could make things kind of work by switching my lights to being on during the night. I would just leave the lights off until whenever I wanted them to come on and they never missed a beat.

I had another time where I was growing at a buddies so I would stop by during lights off and turn them on briefly to work. Well there was more then a couple times the lights would be on for almost 48 hours during flower and I would just turn them off immediately and the pants just kept right on flowering normally.

The plants won't even notice an hour

Won't be a problem. Unless your phenos are prone to herm. Which is kinda unlikely........ but, I've seen it happen with stress. You should be fine.

Mine is set too on at 7:30pm and off at 73:0 am. That’s working best for me. I can check on it in the morning before leaving and work on it as late into the night. In the last 2 days I had to have the lights off here and there, they will be fine.

Thanks for the replies everyone.
I’ve been trying to be at work first.
Setting myself up for a raise.
This is the first step in waking up early, ready to solve issues.
