How long have they been in 12/12?
A week or less I think would be OK much longer than that idk how the new growth would be?

However if your planning on reveging for a considerable period of time it should be OK regardless of the time spent in 12/12.

Idk if you'll stress it, but it should be fine. I switched from 18/6 to 20/4 back to 18/6 then 20/4 because I was being stupid and debating what light I wanted for my autos. Mine aren't stressed and I didnt slowly change it.

You can do it 1 hour per day to make sure nothing happens. I just changed my right away, but it was only 2 hours difference

why bother with 18/6 for autos? 20/4, 22/2 or 24/0 are best
Yea I’ll do 20/4 only reason I do a cycle is to give my girl a break she was going thru some toxicity and ph problems and she responded nicely to the dark time so I stuck with it but can I just turn the light on an restart

me personally would just stick with a cycle 20/4, 24/0 etc. if you have problems, just raise or dim your lights to give them a break as they recover. but keep the cycle the same. like i said, what i would do.

autos aren't as sensitive to light changes I think. i would just switch it back directly to 20/4 and be done with it. as long as it's healthy now, you should be fine.

Okay so I should be fine to turn it on right now and calculate the hours for 20/4?
