i got one of this GOLD cd's a few months ago and i'm 100% + that i didn't play any ca$h games ever in my life
i googled a bit and on some forums they said that you must give them your bank accoun number to playLOL

its not worth getting locked up over dude... there is a time limit on how long you can cash a check.. usually within 3-6 months at the very most... dont get thrown in jail over a paper check.. not worth it bro.. shred it
