Can I add canna butter to a recipe that doesn't call for it?

Blueberry muffin mix already has the oil/butter in the mix so you would just end up with greasy muffins that didn't rise very well... still edible, just not quite like they were supposed to turn out.

Has anyone ever tried this?
Kind of a dumb question, but yes, any recipe that calls for oil you can substitute in Cannabis butter or oil.

Careful if you're new to edibles. The high is extremely strong and lasts much longer than smoking/ vaping. Start with half a muffin, cookie, etc and wait an hour to see how it hits you.

Yeah well I have replaced oil with butter many times, but this recipe calls for milk and only milk, I was wondering what would happen if I just added butter

I figure you can really use it for anything, really. Of course recipes that specifically call for butter it will go better, but that doesn't stop you from cooking it into a variety of other things. Sauces, sandwiches, you name it! I figure it would go well with most anything!

Hey I know this is super late but this is the only place I've found this question. I did it today. I added a 1/4 cup more flour, a 1/4 teaspoon of baking powder, and 1/4 cup of melted butter. They're fluffy and light still, the strawberry is diluted a tiny bit, and they're potent AF so maybe cut the butter in half if it's for personal use it was a pouch that needed 1/2 cup of milk.
