Can hemp be "improved" over time so that is qualifies as marijuana?

True but i find most true ruderal strains tend to have thin leaves for what thats worth which isnt very much obviously lol of course some will be broad leafed but ime thin seems to be its default for the most part minus some exceptions and u make a good point man aint getting more basic than that stuff

Although weeds illegal over here as theres no thc really in seeds there legal in the UK too so theres some other places like there in that respect but yes agreed the postman is usually a welcome sight
