Can be overwatered?

I did not get to think that the substrate could generate nute burn. Next time will go like ever, with a light substrate.

.with these pots how much water should I add? as until now 200ml every two days approx, better to water until all the substrate is wet and wait until it dries (this could take 1 week or more)?

you have a big pot , so i cannot judge by looking.
I usually get all the substrate moist on the first watering and let it dry from there. 200ml every two days "should" be close to fit her needs but it may take much less. The moisture in your pot is probably uneven so it may "feel" light but all the water might be in one spot around the roots instead of being spread throughout the pot.
I am not good at explaining things but i try.
My opinion is to let her dry up almost to the point of the plant drooping (check the weight of the pot at this time), then evenly water the pot (around the edges) with approx 400-1000ml, then wait days, possibly a week to water again.

I understand, it is the mistake that I have made, watering near the stem, so all the roots are there. I'm going to wait for the plant to ask for water, and then I will water around the edges to force the roots to expand into that area in search of water.

The plant will look droopy and sad when it’s dry. You can tell. Pick up the pot and see how light it is. Then water till slight run off and see the difference. This will help you determine when it’s ready.
I also use a cheap probe for a second opinion. If I’m not sure then I use the meter.

The plant is growing slowly, but I think the new leaves are growing more or less well.
The other two poantas I see well, they are growing strong and quite fast.
Right now they have 17 days since they germinated, I think they have a good rhythm, but I am not entirely sure, since I have always started from cutting and it is my first time from seed.
The 2 big pita are gorilla glue 4 and the small pot is an +speet auto.
on the largest plant, the one at the back performed a fim pruning, and it reacted quite well.
