Check the plant close up and thorough for pests, maybe thrips? Or it could be a ph issue, check your ph of the soil or run off, could also be humidity or temperature exacerbated

Thanks will do there is no pests I had fungus nats for about to weed from seeds but have gone now and ph I ph from 6.00 to 6.2 temp 24 and humidity is 40
