can anyone say whats the best lighting for flowering auto?

I've been doing 18/6 and 24/0 sometimes since I'M near the end should I leave the light on or stick to 18/6? Thanks to anyone who can help.

Run them 24.

Get a strobe and set it to 24/0. your plants will grow.

I ran lowlife auto ak47 a couple years ago, and gave em 4
Hours of dark a day. Worked great for me. But I don't know if they need
That much light. I only did it once.

Thanks I think I'll go with 24/0 until harvest.
