Nice to see pictures without purple lighting... 
So I’ve been ph my water to 6.5 every time I water using Cold War organics bud bread nutrients.. I have a mars hydro 3000 watt light. The plants are two months old too today.. had a gnat problem 2 weeks ago and got that under control and it seems like this started right after I got rid of the gnatsLooks like a micro deficiency. Need more grow details to help. Pretend we know nothing about your grow
Yeah did my research saw a lot of people didn’t like the purple light so I went bigNice to see pictures without purple lighting...

With the gnat problem.. What did you do to rid yourself of them?

I Stopped watering so much. Try and get all your plants on the same watering schedule and then let them dry out. A little too dry.
Also quality of soil has something to do with it too I would think. Not a knock on you we all get them at some point. Some soils are just better than others with bugs.

Have you looked at the leaves under a microscope?
I use ocean forest potting soil so I don’t think my soil is the problem.. the best thing I had read for gnatcontrol was gnatrol.. I water them both either right before the light turns on at 10pm or right before the light turns off at 4pm.. i got it on for 18hrs on and 6 hrs off

The majority of your leaves look fine, and the damage looks really random, so maybe pest damage?
I’ll take a better look but can’t say I’ve seen anything so far

Can gnats lay eggs that lead to larvae which then eat the leaves?

I have no idea. I've been very fortunate and haven't had to deal with any pests in my grows so far.

Same here. Outdoor yes. I think good housekeeping goes along ways in preventing issues.

Yeah, I keep my tent clean and all my intakes are covered with pantyhose to help keep dust and pests out.
I had thrips once, due to contaminated soil, and had spider mites once because I was a dumbass and was bringing plants in and out of my veg tent to get sunlight from outside.
