Can anyone help me set up a mini grow for one plant ?

So im looking to grow just one plant as its my first and i dont smoke often enough to need more than one plant..

Im hoping to make it all from scratch and just have it in my bedroom or something like that.

If you have done a small set up ( Hopefully on the cheaper side ) then can you help.

Im not sure as to which light bulbs to use and how many
Im going to grow an auto such as lowryder #2 as i have been advised for a first grow

i have a plug timer thing so my lights will turn off and on on rotation

and i dont have anything else such as fans and odur control or whatever else i need.

much help will be needed and appreciated

these are in one of those rubber maid tubs .

the plants are getting ready to go outside for the season

but im gonna do a micro grow in their maybe a 12/12 from seed

but ill also be lsting to control the height .

i believe its like a 45gal tub and it was only $16 at wal-mart
