Can anyone help me determine what is causing this

So these plans are in day seven of flour. Absolutely no issues up until this point where I am seeing slight nitrogen deficiency but I have top dressed about a week ago. The issue I am seeing is the big older fan leaves and looking like they’re under watered lifeless and folding down words. While the rest are full of life
Also how long does it take for dry nutes to break down

I don’t see any N deficiency and fan leaves that canoe like yours many times come from over fertilizing.
So you may be doing too much feeding trying to fix an issue that doesn’t need fixing.
Over watering also possible.
Pull back a little on both.

agree with dr, that reverse taco formation can be an early sign of too much fertilizer for the plant. Honestly, I think the plant just isn't used to the high level of salts and some water gets sucked out of the leaves. I see you just top dressed, so you must be in soil. How big are the pots, and what did you top dress with? You can't really do anything about it since you're in soil and using dry amendments, but it isn't bad-you might start seeing some burned tips next.

The bottom leaves have started yellowing majorly I can add pics later but I just top dressed and have been feeding 1tbsp molasses per gallon of water and 1tbsp liquid seaweed every other watering. I fed compost tea last week with 1cup castings, .5 cup 4-8-4 down to earth, 1tbsp seabird guano and the molasses and seaweed extract but that’s cause I just applied dry nutes and signs of N deficiency and I don’t think it’s been long enough for the nutes to be broken down and it’s only on the bottom leaves that aren’t getting much light. Also it’s on one plant and the other are being fed the same but no issues like this one. The pictures is taken 8 days ago and has gotten worse which is the reason for the compost and fertilizer

Also watering 1 liter every 3 days

I don’t have any burnt tip besides from the light burn I got early in veg and they are in 3 gallon pots and I used 2tbsp per gall on 4-8-4 down to earth, 1 cup castings and 1.5 tbsp seabird guano

Also any suggestions on how to fix and control it? I’m my opinion it doesn’t look to bad compared to others but also why is the bottom still yellowing if I’m toxic?

I mean one yellowing leaf, one of the first leaves the plant threw, with all that growth ... I think you're worrying about nothing here.
The canoeing can be from several things: overwater, heat stress, overfed .... you'll have to try a few different things to see what helps.
The plant absolutely does not look in any peril. Don't overfeed it.

Your watering habits leave a lot to be desired.

Underwater and too frequently. Poor root development. Learn to determine dryness by weight. Picking up the container. It helps prevent underwatering or overwatering. You want to thoroughly soak all the medium.

Yeah I feel I did act a bit too fast on that little problem...

I tested my run off and it came in at 2200 so I think I found my problem. Flushed it down to 1000
