Can anyone diagnose this issue?

Hey all,

Having an issue with this autoflowering plant. She's 3 weeks old and growth is stunted with growth deformities and blotches on the leaves. Any ideas? I fed her for the first time this morning as I'm thinking it's some sort of a nutrient deficiency. Any opinions would be muchly appreciated.

Right off the bat ... that set of leaf will be discarded as griw continues. Autos need very little to thrive.

I'd get a better light man. That's a pretty tiny plant for 3 weeks.

I have two lights in a 2x2 tent. A spider farmer sf1000 and a kingbo M300. Got the Spider farmer on 18/6 and the kingbo on 16/8. All the other plants are thriving but this one. Temp and Rh running around 22-27 degrees C and 55-63% Rh. Using a soil medium for all four plants. Only using rain water with a pH of 6.2 and feeding once a week with bio-bizz nutes. Got one plant at 8 weeks, another at 6 weeks and two at 3 weeks. Gave the two 3 weekers their first feed today.
