Can a budding plant start producing flowers?

i m about 2 weeks from harvesting my plant however i ve noticed the pistils at the top of some buds are forming into a ball and are starting to resemble small flowers?? the hairs are about 30% brown and could do with another couple of weeks growth but i m worried something is going on. can anyone tell me whats happening?
