You can flower with a small amount of light, and you will get a small amount of bud. THe more light you are able to add to the equation, the more bud you'll get. There's a whole forum of cfl grows if that's what you are going to use. check it out and you'll get a good idea of how much you can expect to harvest with different number of bulbs.

you can flower a plant, but you have to have at least 400 watts worth of cfls to make it worth while.

make sure u mix them 5000k and 2700k and u will be adjusting the lights constantly, u will need Y adapters and plenty of adjustable arms. Two inches from the plants are recommended. Anything less than 400 watts worth of cfls is a waste of time.

4 -6 weeks 24 hours, 8 - 10 weeks 12/12 and u got a nice harvest u should get 25 grams in good soil, 75-100 grams in good hydro.

I've flowered 6 plants with ~430 watts of CFL and pulled about 28g dry each plant in DWC.*

The key is placement, and making the most of each bulb. It's a lot of work adjusting multiple lights sometimes as much as twice a day.

*results may not be typical and are not guaranteed

A lot of cfl growers use gooseneck and clamp type lights and have them all around the plants and move them constantly to try to get best light coverage.

I mount my lights to the top of my grow box and manipulate the plants to grow into an even canopy to provide best light coverage.

With 6 23w CFL, 4 6500k, and 2 2700k, in a 14"x14"x24" box, growing scrog style, i've harvested 55g dry. That's my example to offer. definitely check out better grows inthe CFL forum.

This is the box I used for that grow, which could have yielded much more If I tried again, but it makes a better mom/clone box for me.
The second pic is the sockets i used, just regular bulb sockets from the hardware store. When I flowered in it, I used 3 of the y-adapters for 6 bulbs total. I don't know what you're growing in, so I don't know if that helps much.

U need 6500k's not 5000 and 24 hours light is not good plant needs darkness i like to use 20/4 then i switch to 18/6 then 12/12 u wanna keep things as close to nature as possibly

wow mr bud lol 14 plants... are you using bulbs? im only growing 1 plant so 3 lights will be enough right?if i get two 6500k and one 2700k? and also is these lights good for the vegetative state?

2700k is better for flowering and 5000-6500k is good for vegetative and stem strength. If you have limited space I would put 2 2700k and 1 6500k and put your lights on 12/12.

I am currently running 3 females outta 8 plants on 14 CFL's all 2700k now since I switched to flowering.

You can do it with little light, the more light the more bud possible.

GOOD LUCK!!
