CalMag!!! To use or Not to use? that is the question

If my tap water is low EC, or RO water, I add the calmag to where I end up around 0.5 EC then add base nutes. That is how much I add when I'm at a total of 1.7-1.8 EC. In your situation, no need for the calmag with seedlings. I would be feeding with an EC of 0.5-0.6 of just base nutes, and start bumping it up with time. Start adding a little calmag when they really start going,

I've grown in coco for years, in cities that had tap water with an EC of around 0.5 and never needed extra Ca or Mg. ;-)
Yes well my tap water is around 0.2 ec give or take.. pretty soft, ive just read so much conflicting shit on the internet.. one blog said if your tap waters below 150ppm to add cal mag upto 150 anything over then you dont need it haha i dont know how true that is.. but i do belive canna coco nutes would have enough cal for seedlings, so im gonna take your advice and add a little later...

You'll most likely not even see any deficiencies in veg if you do not add calmag. I usually don't add it during veg at one of my spots, and the tap there is even lower than yours:-)
But if I don't add it in flower, it can get ugly real fast;-)

How can you talk about people chattin shit, then start to threaten people? Not only that but talking about profits is bait as fuck mate.
If you want to fight with someone, inbox them your number and sort that shit on the quiet, not in full view of a forum.. shit aint smart by a long shot.. take that how you will...

From my experience, with coco, dirt, or soil, testing runoff ph will drive you nuts.
Yh i can imagine.. i suppose testing run off only needs to be done if theres a problem.. ive seen posts on here were guys are complaining about a high ec run offs yet there plants are perfect and have been advised if its not broke dont fix it etc etc..

Lets not turn the post into an argument.. i appreciate all advice, as ive learned to take everybit of it with a pinch of salt, i ask for advice not so i can do exactly what someone tells me because that would never work, its just good to know what others do so i can find my own way with some knowledge and guidence, so dont take the shit that dude said to heart its not worth it, if he wants to be rude then he aint worth your time, he especially aint worth getting mad over or even worse getting banned from the forum..
