think about it... who cares if they are selling out, who else has their sound or style? ICP will live on forever, and to explain some lyrics, its rumored that ICP has religous views within their music...which they represent metaphorically or with whatever lyrical way they do it.

i rock my fitted icp cap all tha time, and I rep them wearing their t shirts, they are making bank ...they are true businessmen really... i especially rep em cause i hope to be involved in the music industry, and i am from michigan just as they are..they are one of the biggest underground bands to break through imo, you wont hear em on the radio or mtv but everywhere you go everyone knows about icp!. they did it and they are gonna keep doin it whether the whole world hates them or not.. shit thats what fuels them in the first place

best thing about icp, is when no other music is workin, your feelin insane, your emotions are outta wack...switch on some icp and just fuckin rock with it, it brings sanity through profanity. truth through obscenity and bluntness, and metaphorically also.

i think they try to attract the fan base of youth attracted to wicked shit like that, and giving them what they want in music in a few hit tracks pulls them in, but in many of their songs when you really start listening to them you can see they are good guys morally which is conterary to popular belief.. most people think they are really hatchet slaying nutjobs roaming the streets of detroit lookin for shady.. they do have a fine soda line, faygo is my shit... and they are weed friendly.. all in all.. ICP for the win. (ftw)


ICP fans check out Dark Lotus, they are also signed to psychopathic records, they seem to have a hindu type religious backdrop to the music.. but they keep it real and they dont shove anything down your throat... but they idolize the lotus flower. The lotus flower is a flower that grows in the nastiest of swamps, overseas in asia, in ancient times the munks saw the lotus flower come up through all this muck and its petals remain intact and dirt free, representing PURITY. ...as do many bands show their values regarding purity in their music.
This just adds to the argument this stuff is REAL music, to dismiss it as some comical mainstream sellout shit is ignorant... but how do you expect people to know much about the backgrounds of any band, especially these underground ones..some hide their background in shame, others expose it in honesty.

in the end its what you say to the music more than what the music says to you... we as individual people just hear things and judge/perceive them in our own unique ways, and this is a good thing because we make the music relevant to our own 'self', think about how it would be if we all got the same ideas from the same things, well now wouldn't we be fucked, im grateful for extreme bands/acts/influences/ like ICP, they expand our minds to new concepts we have been sheltered from or will most likely never experience, better yet they can give us/show us experience and knowledge even if it makes your average person cringe.... i wonder if they still would if taken out of a social setting, sometimes i think people talk down on these bands just because they saw a hatchet, and they think they will be judged for listening them. kinda like politics, its hard to get people to openly express extremist views although you know our governments are stockpiled with them trapped behind zipped lips.

Been reading the posts. Seems like almost everyone either hates Juggalos or ICP, or just prefers other music.

I mean, dont get me wrong, ICP is not the only damn thing I listen to (Static-X, Dethklok, Lamb of God, etc)

The one guy was talking about how ICP is underground, and then someone said they are famous. Yeah, they started their own record company and refused to go by major media's perspective of norm. Thats being underground. But the word got out of them and they got big.

True Story:ICP's 1st Jokers card album sold 14 albums the first day it came out. Lol. Now they have gone platinum probably a few times. Especially on Milenko and Wraith albums.

SO anyways, I AM FEEDING OF ALL YOUR HATE!!!!!!!!

I'm from downtown Los Angeles. You can't go around half-ass gang banging, or being as half-ass juggalo. U talk like there is something to be scared of where you are from. Come around where I live, i'm almost positive you get ran out pretty quick.

haha i used to be down with icp and juggalos years ago... when i was like 11, i always liked twiztid more. i thought icp was funny/fucked up. but all the stuff about serial killers and shit got old and i couldnt listen to it anymore. :-|

yes I believe you there are enough idiot juggalos to get ran out . . . . but that's still just as sad/pathetic.

Juggalos...lol. I only feel pity. I couldn't even begin to imagine the abuse you'd need to endure to turn to dressing like a clown...a retarded half assed one at that. I mean really...you like to drink NASTY soda made from cake batter and fuck fat girls or girls with the inability to bathe? ICP did steal the whole "men in makeup" thing from KISS. Accept ICP made it gayer then thought possible. Didn't slipknot beat you lame asses to the whole clown thing too? Looks to me like ICP is a fifth rate band using recycled ideas because they lack any and all originality and can't keep up with any real musicians so they recycle the same lyrics as well. Lol wow. I feel so much pity. I talk shit to every local juggalo. They are usually pretty big pussies that have never been in fights. Even when there's 3 or 4 they don't do anything. Its sad. Acting so angry but really being so feminine.
