A San Bernardino County sheriffs narcotics team seized more than 150 marijuana plants Thursday, June 6, from the Calimesa home of a dispensary owner, who was arrested.
The sheriffs Marijuana Enforcement Team has been investigating the Green Oasis Collective, which furnished medical marijuana to dispensaries in Yucaipa and San Bernardino, according to a Sheriffs Department news release.
Authorities said the Calimesa home, in the 900 block of Calimesa Boulevard, was used to produce and package marijuana products.
In addition to the 150 pot plants in various stages of growth, narcotics officers recovered 20 pounds of edible marijuana products, patient files and equipment from the dispensaries, sheriffs officials said.
They also discovered the electrical system had been tampered with. Southern California Edison estimated about $14,000 worth of electricity was stolen over seven months, sheriffs officials said
