California passes bill requireing presidential canidates to release tax returns to be on the ballot.

This should be interesting.

Old news. It's been done before. It won't matter. It's not enforceable.

It's not settled law and will end up in the courts.

Gerrymandering is legal because it's the state regulating the state.

The state can't regulate the federal government, dumbass.
