California Law ?

It says that its legal to have 6 - 12 plants in california but it also says its illegal to have over 8 ounces ! I am started a grow room with 6 grow boxes for 6 mature plants hoping to get 3-6 ounces per plant harvest and atleast a pound per all plant harvest, what do i do if im following the legal plant rules but i end up with more weed then i can legally posess???

Limits went away in 2010 people vs kelley. Judge ruled limits are unconstitutional. So in court you would have to explain why it's all for personal. Then you extracts and oils.

Under sb 420 it's
6 mature plants per patient or 12 mature plants per patient and 8 oz per patient. So if you have copies of other patients recs you can have as much as the number of patients you have. Why do you think get a free gram when you go to a new dispensary. They use your rec for their plants and possession limits.

Wrong again, the plant number limit guidelines established by SB420 were determined to be unconstitutional.

No plant number limits for patients.

many counties in California have enacted their own ordinances based on sq ft not plant numbers. Check with your local authorities...
