California Law??

i was recently told that ca's laws have been changed from 12 plants and an ounce of bud to now there being now limit besides "resonable Necessity"

just wondering if anyone here has heard of this or if anyone knows how they would determine that necessity, too me this seems like it may hurt some growers

i read something like that here on RIU

i read it in high times but it didnt say when it takes effect or how they figure resonable necessity

My county still has limits I think, 6 mature, 12 immature, 2lbs finished product.

The whole point of the ruling was to nullify all city/county established limits. Your counties limits are no longer legal.

yea i know that this goes for all cointies in ca, so if you county did have limits with this new addition to the law the numbered limits are gone
