California greenhouse

I live in northen cali and i am looking to make a greenhouse for the winter months. Do i need additional Lighting or would the sun be enough. I dont beleive temps will be much of an issue

If you are going to veg past sexual maturity, you will need lights to extend the length of day. Or you could just turn them on for an hour at midnight to break up the night. If cost is a issue, the 2nd option would save on electricity. But for flower, you will be fine with natural light.

Ideally i would like to veg indoors till they get a bout 18 inches then put them in my greenhouse for budding. That should work perfectly. Thank you fpr the input
