In regards to companies and drug tests and such.. I don't see a solution as simple as legalization/decriminalization..
When a person gets hurt at work, causes others injury, or excessively inhibits production, they are most likely going to be screened.
Unfortunately piss tests detect use within the past week or two, but are not specific enough to confirm influence at the time of the incident.
Until there is a more specific test available to employers, I don't see them loosening the reigns.
After all, alcohol is perfectly legal, but go to work drunk and cause and accident as your ass is unemployed lol.
