Cali Med Holders/Growers

Gonna be visiting cali and my girl got a card so shes gonna be kind and get me some clones so question is how do they give you the clones? are they in a pot already or they put them in a sealed container like pic below?

the clubs i have been to give them to you in rockwool or something like it. i would just bring acouple of those they look handy
