Cali Greenhouse; Will White Greenhouse Film work??

It will work, but will also lower yield. More sun, more bud. I’ve been using it since around September of last year for privacy from prying eyes. Big benefit is that it eliminates hotspots. Here’s some buds under it right now.

hey FresnoFarmer, those are beautiful, nice work.

I also need to hide from prying eyes.

I seriously considered an opaque - clear but it was too difficult to determine how visible the plants would be from the advertisement pictures online.

None of the sites I found were clear about visibility through the film. So I went with white. I searched and searched many forums. This topic is not covered well anywhere I could find.

Yeah. I bought clear plastic and I’m sure they could see right through it. They would fly over super low. And there was hotspots in the greenhouse too. I could barely stand in there for 5 mins in the summer it was so hot. The opaque should shield from prying eyes and offer more sunlight. But you never know if it’s sufficient enough cover until you get it. I just got white to be safe.

Call Carmens Gardens in auburn, ask what kind they sell. I used their greenhouse fabric for years in norcal and it was fucking spectacular until we got hit with 50+mph winds.

It's clear ish white, pretty heavy, inside is coated so condensation doesn't build up, reflects light inside extremely well.

There is a Karmans Gardens in Grass Valley that sells greenhouse supplies that's where I bought mine...
