(Cali Connection) Louis Xiii OG vs Buddha Tahoe OG?

When they take Louis XIII and cross with Tahoe, but start calling it Louis XIII instead of a new name to associate with this hybrid, does the tahoe have very little influence on the progeny? I got really excited when I saw they had a planetary like Jupiter OG but then it's the same thing, crossed with something else and not a straight Jupiter OG. Were they stuck using their favorite Male of tahoe? They didn't want to reverse the mother? What gives? I know they have to protect the elite clones from the wrong hands and cant release everything but kind of a bummer to not make it available.

You are correct there. However they are both somewhat different from each other and adding them together will create something unique from each parent plant.

Yea does have a sweet smell. The Skywalker OG has more kushy scent. But I still have 3-4 weeks to go so I will keep you posted.

Ive grown a ton of OGs and there crosses so that sweet generic smell was dead giveaway that i got taken on the 2 OG crosses from CC. They reminded me of Nirvana Ice or Afghani i ran back in early 2000s.

A few of the best from seed OGs have been OG18 from 10 years ago, OG kush from DNA from same time period as OG18, Cali Connection SFV og kush from 2008ish, Ghost of Leeroy from Rare Dankness, Fire Alien i got as a freebie from Carpe Diem many years ago, and Sour Kush from Reserva Privada many years ago. I havent found good OG in seed in many many years going through lots and lots of seeds.

Ahh I figured it out, they added OG or kush to the backend of the names for those crosses to differentiate them from the originals. Guess I should open my damn eyes more often. I just assumed they were already from the kush/OG lineage so it went without saying.
