Cali Cannabis Aerial Sightseeing?

Well a guy in Georgia offers to take people up to join the "Mile High Club" what about me offering to fly people around sightseeing while enjoying fine dank? In California I wonder if that would be a problem... I mean you can smoke cigarettes with no problem in your personal aircraft, and I know a few rappers that smoke while on their private jets. Of course they're not out there advertising and it'd be near impossible to keep this underground and private I would assume. I wonder...

Sounds like a good day to me.....I just have no money for anything, let alone for renting a private plane. Give me a month or so.

you have your own plane? thats really awesome and I would totally do that, although i'd hope whoever was flying wouldnt be smoking till after the flight lol

I plan on it happening for 2011 so that'll give me enough time to get some funds to start the company, and all of the legal costs as well as insurance etc... it wouldn't be that expensive... I'd say maybe 75/hr.

i would love to be first in line. i need to overcome this fear of heights thing.

We'll be neighbors almost so I'll have to say I will gladly oblige that request! I think to overcome your fears, flying around beautiful Cali whilst smoking a fat spliff is a damn good way to start that journey
Oh and Cubano don't worry, I won't be stoned flying around, but I can't say I wont get a contact high! I've flown high before, I can handle it, another flying buddy of mine cant... started forgetting we were a Cessna and started thinking we were a jet so he puts us on a 15 mile final (15 miles from the end of the runway)... when really a mile final is plenty enough to line up and get down LOL.

i've actually never been in a plane before lol, not because I didnt want to, but when I was young my mom was terrified of flying so anywhere we went we drove, and I just havent had to take a plane anywhere since then haha.. I would totally do this for 75 an hour, if you could keep this out of the eyes of cops you could make quite a nice profit with this

Wow! I loved it my first time, and haven't looked back. Keeping it out of eyes of law enforcement is the issue I'm worried about, also wondering what FAA regulations I might break, I'll have to look at the codes and see. I wonder how well the dispensaries would be keeping a secret like this, you know maybe have a small flyer up by the cashier or in the smoke lounge... I dunno it'll take some thinking for sure!

doesn't the "F" in FAA stand for Federal? i'm pretty sure we all know how they feel.

Yeah exactly... faded you have experience with dispensaries, how good do you think they'd be at keeping something like this out of LE view? I could be very discreet with it just as a sightseeing business ya know but word of mouth getting to the wrong people scares me.
