I've had that same shit happen to some plants a few years back and never did figure out what it was for sure. A little CalMag wouldn't hurt but I'm not sure it'll help either. It wasn't bugs and I thought it might be that tobacco virus but I doubt it.

I see what you are talking about, doesn't look like bugs to me, more like a powder of some sort. Would be interesting to see a closeup of the bottom of the leaves though.

I frickin hate soil I’m happy this is my last soil grow. Everything else already have been converted over to coco and ebb&flow. I last transplanted them into ocean forest. Gave a couple weeks then started giving jacks hydro 123. When I got them from my family member they was rootbound. I know what’s goin on with the claw leaves the spots threw me off

You skipped the part where it's 5-6 weeks into flower.
Shit, that's nothing to worry about in my opinion. Taper your nutes back a tad every week and let it finish.

Now that I see the whole plant what you got going on is toxic salts buildup. I've had a lot of problems with that myself and part of it is our chronically low RH here. It's really wet here now with snow every night that melts off during the day and even with a humidifier going in a closed up bedroom I can barely keep the RH up to 40%.
The really dark green and the dry, crisp leaves are a dead giveaway. A good flush will slow it's progression but won't fix it. It's happening near the top of the plant first as that's where the leaves are warmer from radiant heat and those leaves have been pulling in more nutrient salts along with the extra water they are transpiring in an effort to cool off. You will most likely see it happen further down in a while. Mine would start showing up around the middle of lowering and by harvest even the tiny bud leaves would be affected.
I only used RO water and the minerals in tap water can contribute to the condition. It doesn't cause the typical nute burn symptoms so much, browning tips and margins, taco leaf etc. The salts build up in the leaf tissue all over the leaf and they become necrotic all over the surface. Mainly with older leaves first then progressing to newer ones. Reducing salt levels in the pots will help slow it down.
I'm about done with trying organic growing myself after 2 decades of soilless and DWC. Last fall I bought some bags of composted sheep and steer manure and earth worm castings. Got some cuttings from a buddy in late March and after they got well rooted repotted into 2L pots with a mix of that stuff. I used 6L of ProMix HP that has no nutes and filled one 2L pot with equal amounts of those 3 ingredients to mix in. I also added 3 Tbsps of some Myco stuff I just got to get lots of good bacteria and fungi in there to break down the organic stuff. Watered them in with RO but the next watering I gave them I used a heaping Tbsp of molasses and two Tbsp of liquid seaweed fertilizer I got when I bought the Myco. Shortly after I started seeing signs of nute burn and it only got worse. Thought you couldn't burn plants with organics but I guess you can. I gave them a bit of a flush 2 days ago and they look happier and by the time I start them flowering hopefully new growth will be healthy and normal.
The Hindu Kush was the most affected so got a full 2L of runoff from it and 1L each off the other two. A Dutch Kush and an Ayahuasca Purple. Want cuttings off all 3 before flowering and already have a rooted clone from the Hindu.

At a PH of 7, you would have some Iron Deficiency showing in the leaves and a looks like light green striping and spots in the leaves like this
What was the wattage on the HPS and what quantum boards do you have now?
Can you also explain your feeding amount and schedule a little better, How much solution, in how much water and how often? do you alternate with plain water and where does your water come from? Tap Water? RO water?

I’m close to week 7 in flower a couple more weeks they are getting cut down so I guess I’ll keep it simple. I’ll do a flush. I use tap water, drop the ph to 6.2-6.5. It was a 600w hps over them. Now it’s 12 132 Hlg 3k ran at 520w. When I first transplanted I used water for first 2 weeks. Then 5 gallon watering with 15g jacks, 10g cal, 5g of Epson.
