Calcium or Mg deficiency?
This is my straberry cogh at 3 week of vegetative, and i notice same days ago that the leaves were turning yellow, but a strange kind of yellow. so i look for answers and found that it could be magnesium deficiency.
Please look at the pics.
PS: look the bending, what do you guys think about is it doing well?

Could just as easily be a burn from what I have read. Tell us more about your grow conditions. Soil used, temps, watering.

Good point, we want more info! Peace
SO YOUR PET IS HUNGRY WHAT DO YOU FEED IT? Go to the :Pet" Sto and buy some food. Start with a cheap can to see if it agrees with your pet. Try a store brand or what do others in the store buy? You have two choices even at Dollar General. Or go to Ga Tech and ask and get a high $ answer. Or read on here to start neuts at 4 nodes or when first/baby leafs start yellowing. Now if you really think it is calcium put a Tums in the next gallon of water or use tsp Epsom salts for Mag. Is that an answer? Just helped my little sister with her math and she remembered all the cute little sayings that I had forgot. Again did I attempt to give an answer?

i like how you guys ..can never just give an ansewer ..its not hard they post pic,s your look at the pic compare what you see in the pic,s to what deffernt plant deficiency's look like i mean hear we have yellowing leaves with dark green veins thats a pretty good sighn of sulfer or iron like the pics ive just posted instead you make them answer all of your stuiped qoustions and are not very helpfull i see you guys posting on the same kind of threads and never helping the people out ...why dont you people learn some plant nutrition and come back when you know a thing or two about plants ?

Um because any kind of feeding would boost sulphur as well as commonly found in good proportions in many suplements, tap and mineral water. How many sulphur deficiencies do you see?

And most people solve their own grows through getting the basics right, knowing all the details just helps rule evrything out. I think i know a lot about deficiency so try being nice dude, i dont bash you. Peace

Plus we all just like to talk weed, maybe we'll get there fast maybe slow, if its sulphur then add epsom salts, hence magnesium sulphate or part sulphur/sulphate. Good luck dude. Peace

We do need more info. Pics always help as does detailed description of how you grow, what you're feeding etc. If ANYTHING form what I can see, you are under fed and nitrogen deficient. If it IS a MG def. go carefully, as Mg and Ca are interdependent. Too much of one will lock out the other. I'd feed a good 10-10-10 at about 1/2 strength, and watch them. If that doesn't help, we'll move on from there. Even tho it's rarely a problem in soil, have you checked the pH of your run-off water?

Valid point dude, we all have bad days too.

Well if solving weed was that easy as just saying what i thought then we wouldnt have so many threads dude. I looked into sulphur def a while ago but quickly realised it was rare and almost unheard off with growers using epsom salts and one or two similar products like seaweed i think. Basically its not that common.

Just out of intrest what makes you think those books and charts actually work? Peace

Those pics i post are from hydro experments where the applyed all necsary ferts ..but left out one to examine how the plant respondes to a lack of that fertlizer ....there pretty eazy to repeat and have been tested all over the world . ... both sulfer and iron locks out a high ph ..Which usally iron locks out first sulfer def is not to uncommon becasue it is a macro nutrent plants can quickly use all avaible sulfer in there soil and with so many products like Sweet from botnicare out there with is just epson salt and water add to many grows ...finding out what the deffency are is not the hard part finding out what cause them can be tricky .. again sorry for the bashing bro

its ok, i could never use them charts anyway!lol!
I generally dont really seek to diagnose the deficiency rather just talk it over anyway. Mainly it is just somthing simple, as you said not what it is but why you got it.

Peace
