Calcium Deficiency

So ive pretty much established that one of my plants has a pretty serious calcium deficiency ... the rest of the plants are performing really well .... they have all gotten the same nutes and treatment...

.... i fed the plants yesterday , plants are only just starting week 2 of veg today ... other plants are 6-8 inches tall ... the calcium def one is only about 3-4 inches ... how long until i see some improvment ... any suggestions ... is this plant a goner ? its alil worse off than as pictured in this pic ...

i was thinking about mixing some magical at 1000ppm in some distilled water and feeding that one plant .... what do you guys think i should do ?

Dear friend.
Your plant is a little baby ... the new growth looks fine (top leaves).... the less u touch it the better.
Run the same water .... as any changes will effect it's development. And u will shock the poor little thing further.

That looks more like some nute burn or lock up of your nutes do to a pH problem. Hydro or Soil and what is your pH Red?

i dunno cos i dont have a PH tester il buy one tomorow if it is PH how can fix it? flush?

Here is what you need to do...
1. Get a pH tester (Not the strips or drops those are bunk), get a real tester like this one.
2. Get some pH UP&DOWN
3. Flush the shit out of them using Distilled water (Equal to container size, i.e. (2gallons of distilled water for a 2 gallon pot)
4. Calibrate your tester and test the last bits of water that comes from the pots after the flush. This will tell you whether or not your pH is going higher or lower than 6.0
5. From then on you MUST use distilled water. Mix your nutes and let it stand for 48 hours. Test your pH and then using the pH UP&DOWN adjust the nute mix to a pH of 6.5 EXACT!
Mostly the damage you see is not going away, fact is once your pH is off your fucked for the grow. Nutes get "Locked Out" meaning the plant is not using the nutes you are giving them and it's building up in your soil and becoming toxic. For the future Red, remember to find yourself a good soil mix that is pH adjusted and never water with anything other than a pH of 6.5
~ pH adjusted soil mix to start*, mix your nutes (distilled), Let stand 48 hours, Test pH, adjust to 6.5 ~

ye im using plagrun batmix any i havent evan started feeding them yet so it must be the water ive been using tap water but i figured it was drinkable so it would be ok for the plants

ok tap water is bad! especially city water... I know using distilled sux, TRUST ME! If it's a large grow or you are serious about shit what you need to get is an RO filter for your tap water. They are expensive but will save you in the long run on distilled water and carting around gallon after gallon at your local market.

Again, it all starts with your soil mix that you start with. Make sure you get a brand made for growing Mj... Roots Organic, Fox Farms, Pro Mix, Sunshine Mix... These will all have a friendly pH range to start. As far as lime goes... Yes it will work unfortunately mixing the right ratio not even knowing what pH your starting at will not be easy. Also, Organix fixes are tough as it usually takes a long time to take effect and create a "result" as it will 1st need to break down into the soil. Your best bet is...


Buy a pH meter, SOON! and do the distilled flush and adjust to 6.5 every watering you give from now on and time will tell what they will do. Adapt and Overcome!
