Cal/Mg deficiency due to lockout?

When I search for Cal/Mg deficiency pictures, I do not find exactly what I am seeing on my plants.

1) PICTURE OF PLANT -Attached
2) Growing indoor
3) Watering schedule - Daily about 4 Liters, plenty of runoff. PPM of runoff is on the lower side
4) Growing Medium - Coco/Perlite
5) What stage of growth - Mid/lateish bloom

Feeding Advanced Nutrients Coco A+B and Big Bud. Was not supplementing with Cal/Mg prior to seeing this issue. I have now been adding @ 350PPM. I use RO water and noticed the runoff water has a pretty low PH, like low 5's. Yesterday I flushed a bit and then raised the PH of the Nute mix. PPM was only 900ish.

The question: Is this Cal/Mg deficiency due to PH too low and thus a lockout? Thanks in advance.

how much tip burn do you have?

looks more like Ca (rust spots) to me. sometimes cal/mg makes things worse: if you have a Mg defic, you are adding Ca and N that you don't really need.

maybe a hint of tip burn. Thank you for your insight. I am going to focus raising the PH and just see if things slow. The rust came on really fast, as in, the pictures show the third day after I noticed some speckles on a couple of leaves lower in the plant.
