cal mag plus iron?

I went to buy cal mag and most of the bottles have iron is it ok to use cal mag with iron if I don't have an iron deficiency?

Iron can be toxic to plants, but they need some, I doubt it will be a problem unless you already have a lot of iron in your water or soil.
