In California, a successful Initiative goes into effect the next day.

You are thinking about the MCRSA Regulations for licensing, and the same kind of licensing regulations that are included in Prop 64. Those will start on Jan 1, 2018.

You are growing because If you and like minded folks don't, you will get weed that is scrubbed, quick dried, smells like wet hay, and tastes like something off a stable floor, and that will be the top shelf.

It paves the way for big commercial retail farms. while It's provisions are a crackdown on medical marijuana patients. Fees & taxes on medicine & makes it harder to get a dr recommendation...
Big pot is blocked for 5 years isn't it?You need to visit the High Times page and listen to the Russ Belvill's rant: Top 10 Myths about Prop 64. If you don't listen to Russ you should. He broadcasts on Cannabis Radio.Com at 4 pacific time. He is a professional and ably explains why, basically, your position is a bunch of hooey. Personally I feel that as important as legalization in Cali. is to the movement nationwide, that anyone who votes no based on the F.U. I got mine reason, is small minded and petty.

sorry I'm not ready to throw medical patients under the bus.....if 64 had let medical alone I would be all for it, but it taxes medicine & makes it harder to get a dr recommendation. That's not progress

It's 1:19 eastern, and Russ Belvill is debunking your talking points at this very moment, on Cannabis Radio .Com. Sounds like you are paying more attention to Kevin Sabet, and Dragon Fly De La Luz.

Well, you are completely wrong! Prop 64 gives MMJ patients more rights than we now have.

MMJ patients who buy medicine now have to pay Sales Tax, and Prop 64 will stop that.

MMJ patients can be charged with Felonies for doing exactly what they are allowed to do, and Prop 64 will stop that.

MMJ patients who are in jail will get out! People who have been charged with Felonies will have those Felonies removed!

There are more advantages too, so I hope that Prop 64 passes, things will be better for everyone.

no I just read prop 64.....I haven't listened to anyone
Too bad you've already voted . Perhaps a second reading with a real effort to diagnose the legalize would have made some of the points Russ talks about clearer to you. Or better yet just listen to an informed, well versed expert give a lecture on the subject.

We recalled our Governor when he tried to pass unwanted laws. I am for 64 just to get the legalization ball rolling. If they try and mess it up, we can make our displeasure known.
