Can anybody recommend CO2 items for a beginner for a 4 by 2 by 5 grow tent I was going to buy the exhale bag but I was told it was told it's trash and I was I was going to buy the tnb enhancer canister I was also told its trash...SAFELY

Unless you are running a sealed tent, cO2 is absolutely useless.

Sealed meaning no air escapes the tent. CO2 is most useful when the room or tent is sealed, otherwise the cO2 just escapes the grow area and becomes useless to the plants, and harmful to you.

It's also pointless unless you are blasting the plants with more light than they can take in without CO2 supplementation.
