Thanks, and none of them are showing anything yet. I thought the first 6 were, but they're not :\ They're steady at 82-84 degree, is that fine?

do you have tin foil on them, are the holes covered?

Longesst i went w/o growth was about 11 days.

Yeah they all have foil on them.

I've read it can get up to 10+ days, so I'm being patient with them

Take foil off if ya have a verm barrier. Or use micropore tape

yea with the dry verm layer you dont want to cover the holes, mycelium is alot like human like we give off c02 and take in oxygen so when they are unable to have gas exchange because they are suffocating, i had growth in both my batches of jars in exactly 3 days after inoculation. I have nothing over my holes after they get knocked up.g

i also read that the mycelium produces heat to on average be 5 degrees warmer in the jar than the room temp, make sure your temp isnt going above 80 because that means 85 in the jar and mycelium dies at 86. and if your temps are reaching 84+ that mens 90+ in the jar = bad

I've added some water and turned the heater down to the lowest setting, hopefully that will help I'll update it in about an hour with the temperature. Thanks for the information man.

and with all that i predict you'll have growth tomorrow!

I left the thermometer in the tub overnight. Temps ranged from 75-92...idk why they'd be ranging like that in an incubator xD

yeah that happens to me too..(not that drastically) sometimes ill take my jars out to check up on em and theyll be warm, and sometimes theyre just room temp.

Yeah when I pulled them out to see em they felt warm. Still no growth, hopefully I'll have some by day 10 :\

Yeah you gotta order he spores online. I recommend Micro-Supply and SporeWorks. It takes like a month after you impregnate the jars to colonize, then it takes another couple weeks for fruiting, so like a month and a have after inoculation you can have shrooms

I let my jars colonizes at room temp. Screw a incubator

How much is a usual yield? I might actually try and set this up as it would be a lot easier to get away with in my living situation than bud would be.
