Buying stuff from eBay

Is it relatively safe to be buying parts from eBay? I'm only looking at buying an inline fan, not lights or anything else. Also, who makes the best, quietest fans? I see a lot of fans on eBay that range in price from $130-200 shipped. I'm looking at a 6". Thanks!

go vortex it isnt super quite or anything but thats because of the wind turbulence not really the fan its self.. it just works really well that or go can fan

God call not to buy lights on ebay. Look for warranties on everything you buy. Especially ballasts. I dont know a whole alot about fans. Good luck. Post what you pick out and let us know how it works. Good luck
