Avoid Craig's list at all cost if possible. You never know what you are getting. The guy you are getting the clones from could care less about you and if you are happy or not. Many times you are not getting the strain you think and they could have mites and mildew. Use this forum to reach out to the marijuana community and you will be able to get seeds or clones from a reliable source. After I ditched Craig's list I started getting clones from dispensaries now I have networked myself to the point that some very good breeders with excellent genetics are willing to give me their cuts.

Geees its a good thing this thread has come to an end....making a big deal out of clones..for one thing it takes a whole month off of starting with seed, from the time you say "hey I want to try that" and place an order that takes 10 days on average to arrive, germination of 2-3 days, and anouther 2 weeks for bla bla bla. This is the problem with this whole medical mary jane thing.... instead of the good ol days when it was just anouther part of being a criminal, sticking a QP up in your quarter panel for the drive back into the US.

i buy thing on cl all the time but never clones. if u do end up getting some i advise getting a great pesticide and pretreat every single bit of life that enters ur room. inspect clones thoroughly for mite or eggs and educate urself on way to look for ahead of time. meet in a secure location with cameras so if anything weird goes down u are covered. at worst u lose 50$ on sum shitty clones but at 5$ its worth the risk. i charge the clubs here 5$ but only on 50 or more cuts wholesale... to give u an idea of the deal ur getting.

its true that 90% of the clones out there are crap. but if you do your homework, talk to the guy on the phone to feel him out and carefully inspect the clone for root rot, mites, aphids and mildew you can actually find decent strains. Just a tip, it's absolutely necessary to talk to them on the phone first to see if they are a kid or not. no offense to you youngsters but my experience is people in their early 20s and younger tend to scam a lot more than older folks.

test them out by asking if they have 12 of each strains, lie about being able to carry more plants. the idea is if they say yes, they have 50 clones of whatever you ask, they are most likely just mislabeling clones and giving you whatever is available. the legitimate people will tell you 99% of the time that they don't have that many clones and to ask a week later when more of a particular strain is available. the key is finding someone who says the latter, it's worth the wait b/c you know you will be getting the strain you asked for since they are not available immediately.

hope this helps if you decide to go ahead and buy clones from cl

yeah i wouldnt go craigslist for clones, for all you know its some jackbag growing out bagseeds and selling you male clones.

hit up a reputable seed bank and order what you want. sea of seeds, nirvana and attitude are 3 good seedbanks. you can brows around and pick some seeds of some strains you want to grow and not be at the whim of someone elses clones.

yes it does take a little longer but at least you know your getting what you want. you will also get freebies from all 3 of them seedbanks. a 100$ seed order will provide you with plenty of quality genetics.

if buying seeds is not a option then i suggest doing what someone else said and try and network through RIU to find someone that will hook you up. i dont charge people for clones and im sure you can find someone on here that will hook you up with a couple good clones. not saying they wont charge but alot of people on here develop friendships and wont charge you. theres definatly some good folks on RIU. i have met many people and have introduced 2 new strains to my grow room for free because of networking on here, in return i sent him a couple beans.

anyways gl with your endeavor man i would say stay away from craigslist theres alot of dicks out there trying to make a quick buck on medical patients as its verry quickly becoming more and more predominant.

be safe and happy growing m8 if your up for a drive across the border into the states i would hook you up lol but its pretty far ride and crossing the border for a couple clones prob aint worth it. only 5,500 miles from vancover to my place LOL

check out the california growers sub forum as cali is pretty close and theres lots of medical growers there.

I have bought clones off of Craigslist twice. Both times the clones had good roots and were pest free. The first clones were sour diesel as advertised. The second batch of clones were supposed to white widow but ended up just being some bag seed. So if the clones have good roots, are pest free and look healthy then go for it. Just as long as you know there is a reasonable chance you are purchasing bag seed clones. For $5 it's still a pretty good deal.

That's what I'm sayin, worth a try for legal growers

One time I bought 11 Skywalker Og clones from a craigslist seller
and got exactly what I what I was looking for. Upon inspection of the clones
I knew what traits to look for in that particular strain.
If you can do this, then your chances of getting what you want
highly increase.
