Hey guys. Looking for some feedback on this topic.
I've been buying from a good friend for the past few years. Recently I got introduced to a new guy who's a bit cheaper. Is it okay to cut my friend out of business? I see this person a few times a week and he may be wondering why I haven't picked anything up lately. What should I do?
a friend should be offering you unbeatable prices for quiality stuff.

Depends what kind of friend he is, how fair he's treated you in the past, and how much difference in price. I know one guy who every time he meets someone new that sells he starts buying from him and goes back and forth trying to get cheaper prices by saying I can get it from Joe Blow for this price. Now that everyone has figured him out everyone has cut him off. Not saying it's the same here but there is something to be said about loyal customers, friends or not. If it were me I would just tell your friend what's up, tell him you would rather stay with him but you would feel bad paying more than you had to and can he at least match the price.

Drug dealers are not your friends.
You may think the are cause you see them all the time, but they aren't.

Personally, I'd rather stick with the guy with the better buds, but that's me personally. If he's not making money off him tell him you got a new guy if he's buying with you expecting to take a qp off his hands, I think it'd be worth it to at least take that qp, then tell him if you're gonna get them from someone else.
what this guy said.

My friend has the better nugz. Another buddy that buys from him told me he put in an order and know he's stuck with a qp that normally would've gone to me. This guy isn't really a dealer. He just picks up for the circle of friends.
Did you all just miss this? Friend of mine used to do this all the time, and he said it wasn't like the dude was making money off it, and if he's got better bud... every time I've ever gotten bud off a friend I know they're gonna be matching me on bowls so that makes it a better deal anyway.

It a good opportunity to test if he/she is a friend, If they understand it's cool that you've found it cheaper elsewhere and carry on the friendship great, If they flounce off you know they were never your friend in the first place. I used to deal years ago and all those 'friends' I had disappeared when I said I was giving it up to start a job I really wanted.
