Butte County referendum against outdoor limits

Do they even really bother you if you are under 99?

I was told that right now they are looking for "serious growers", Honey Labs, or dealers who sold to LEO. When I asked what a "serious grower" is, Mr. NiceGuy, A.K.A. Mr. Code Officer said, "I walk into a house and I see weed growing in every room with a cot in the living'room because there is no other place to lay a bed and to sleep, now those guys are serious".

They smiled, shook my hand, and left.. Nevermind the legal firearms in the house, I want things to stay the same... Measure B is shit, please vote NO....

Measure B will put large amounts of cannabis on a few farms in Berry Creek, they will be busted, a major pot shortage will occur because the patients with less than 5 acres of land cant grow enough to stay medicated..

Please vote NO on measure A and B.!!

Butte county organizers have delivered 12,262 petitions to the Butte County administrative office in Oroville, CA. If at least 7,605 of the signatures are certified as valid, the petitions will force Butte County's supervisors to either on their own vote to rescind the ordinance or to place the referendum before county voters.

When will these criminals in public office be convicted of conspiracy? The County Commissioner and his counsel members need to be removed from public office and to send a clear message to these FOOLS that this county will not be enslaved.

I never even knew about it, wow.. I would have signed it. :weed:
thanks for this man!!!!!!

Every single person I talk to, says measure B, has nothing to do with indoor plant limits. And will not change a thing about it.
An interesting little clip from the C&R:

I meant Ordinance 4029(our current ordinance)in my last post.
Measure B is EXACTLY the same as our current ordinance, with the added bonus of it not to be amended again, unless voted on, by us;-)

From the website you posted. 4075 is in limbo because it was overturned. its not being enforced, I like it that way..

"By June a group led by dissenting Supervisor Larry Wahl brought in signatures to overturn 4075. In response, 4075 proponents quickly brought in enough signatures to get Measure B placed right under it on the ballot."

also, 4051 was supposed to be only unincorporated areas, non-city limits.

you mean 4051? I`m not sure what is up with that one.. it says here that the fine is $25-$100 for first violation.

Yeah, your rite my bad. 4051 is our current ordinance(i had fucked up again) woops:-D So easy to get confused. I know i'll remember now. Finally got the numbers locked in:-)

Measure B is practically the same as our current ordinance 4051.
I believe County code 34A currently has the fines at 500/1000.
Fines are 500/1000 under both A & B

Measure A: 61.59% (yes) ...Winner
Measure B: 33.08% (yes)

Just as I figured.. Measure B was shit and designed by large scale and commercial growers who wanted to fuck over people like me with less than 5 acres of land.. They got what they had coming to them. :)

Back to 99 plants instead of 6, thank you County of Butte! The Commercial growers are pissed because instead of being able to grow 99 plants as large as they want, they have to grow in a 10x15 space, which is plenty.. I have to grow in an outdoor 5x10 space with 120sqft indoor but I also get 99 plants. :)

You people need to notice, Butte county just upped the plant limit to 99 for everyone. Measure A was better than Measure B. Those commercial fools who own 40+ acres of land and wanted to make a million $ are shit out of luck, good, fuck them. I know a bunch of those Berry Creek guys/girls and most of them are fucking assholes and it would not surprise me one bit if people started reporting them. Dude, there is killers and child rapists growing weed up there and trying to get rich on "collective" farms.

I have friends and
family in Cohasset, Concow, Yankee Hill, and near Forbestown. None are "killers or child rapists"
None are rich. This is devastating news to them and their FAMILYS.
I'm so glad you are stoked!
Even though I won't be able to put my script out at my brothers house next year(YES a collective garden), i'll get by.
But this is not about just me.
Watch whats next: A massive property value decline. Less tax revenue. And at the same time, more strain on the understaffed sheriffs dept, and a shit load more people looking for jobs that just don't exist.

State legalization is coming in 2016. And we won't be able to participate.
Awesome:cuss:

And then people wonder why Butte county is one of the poorest counties in CA. Hmmmmmm.....
Could it be from stupid ass decisions like this?

And all of this, to have them fuck our ass even more, next time around.
What a fucking joke!

there are things I dont like about "measure A" but more land does not mean more weed. Its best not to try and screw over the guys without 40 acres of land. Dude, only 33% voted for measure B, it was destined for failure.

Sorry things didn't work out for the "Commercial family cannabis farms".. I guess mom and dad will have to grow-their-own and petition the county for higher paying jobs.

Well the law should state a limit but i believe there should be a dollar figure amount. For ex 1 commercial grower business can not exceed 400k or sucj so that leavea the littler guys the same opportunity amd not allow the commercial growers to run a monopoly... of course a realistic dollar figure should be determined for fairness

not allow the commercial growers to run a monopoly...

This was just another example of how the idiots wanted to screw us and say they are doing a favor.. Back to 99 plants, Thanks Butte!

Now, a guy with 1000+ acres can only grow in an outdoor spot of 150sqft, where I can grow 50sqft outdoor... I`m happy, 99 plants for breeding! I bet the drug dealers who want to make $400k selling weed every year are REALLY pissed that the American voter was empowered to do the right thing and tell those limitless assholes to stop trying to fuck us over..
