Busted!!!

HEy all.. here it is.. Quick legal issues haha. Alright so today i woke up and noticed my landlord has a crew digging a new well for our appt building. Well I have a growbox in my basement. It is clearly a grow box lol.. LOoks like a Pantry cabnit with emergency blankets covering it with fans running etc.. well all around the basement there is growing supplies.. lights/fans/nutes/ash trays/ bottles/ pretty much everything u would ever think haha.. Now he might not even have cared/noticed what it was but ehh i dunno.. Anyways The room has no smell but anyways i cleaned out everything... Anything that had to do with growing i removed it except for the box itself.. now its just a cabnit sitting there. Nothing in it or accesssories..

He was right arond the box so he must have seen it, but if he calls the cops what happeneds? There is nothing there now but a cabnit but ev erything is all cleaned.... This was about 2hours ago and no cops are still here.. Should i be worried? what should i do?

even if he didnt notice it? I dunno i got rid of all my stuff.. so do you think the cops were notified? if he called them wouldnt they already have came? I mean i live in a city.. lots of cops lol

its amazing what people miss when they are focused on a job, not to mention he may not have any idea about growboxes or what they look like, of course thats being optimistic.

I have a 5.5foot plant in my backyard...was talking to a neighbor over the fence and he didn't notice it...but then again, I don't think 90% of ppl would know what it even looks like. He was about 30 feet from the plant...I hid it pretty good with some Raspberry bushes...And yes, it was stinkin to high heaven and I was sweating bullets. All is good.

He's more worried about this crew, and what that well is going to cost. You'd be amazed at what people don't see, when it's right in front of them.

you better take your shit down and get rid of all the evidence, in a month or two if no ones said nothing then do it again but i would suggest moving asap

a landlord of mine found an outdoor plant i had and he just told me to be careful. ive had several outdoor plants and most ppl dont even know what they look like. they probablly seen drew up leaves before but an actual plant most ppl dont know what they look like. also most landlords only care about their money 1st and their property 2nd. if ur a good tenant and pay your rent you'd be surprised of how understanding some ppl can be. on the other hand the ppl that arent understanding are usually against it entirely and you can bet you would have heard sumthin by now.

Stop everything you are doing. If it is not legal there, and you think you've been spotted, or have any doubts, don't risk it. The penalties can be severe. I bet your good but that does not mean anything.Do you pay your rent on time or are you behind on rent.

Did he notify you that he would be going into your house? I have a tenant and in our lease I am required to give 24 hour notice before entering the unit.
