I did a thread basically sayin the same thing i said in here. But all i did was post norml's website up. Ill leave it to you guys to check out the state by state laws. It would take forever to post all that stuff. But they should sticky something similar to what i wrote pretty much everywhere from general growing to noob central to outdoor to hydroponics - not nessecarily what I wrote persay, but someone who could put it more elequantly could write it up better, and sticky it.
