its legal in WA if you go get your license which isnt hard to obtain. no comment on how i know this, but anyways, you wouldnt have been busted unless the dea was involved because you are allowed to have 24 plants total, but their stipulation is "6 flowering and the rest starters", but anyways, I advise anyone to go get their damn license. everyone has a reason for it. aches, pains, depression, lost apitite, anxiety. come on... its simple!

man, what the hell happened to this thread. yesterday it was all peacefull! some of you guys need to either smoke one or get some pussy, Anyway Firebird whats done is done get yourself a good lawyer and fight it, if i was in your shoes i would claim chronic pain as a defense. and just pray that the judge got a good piece of ass lastnight. also how much thc was on those plants? if the state didnt test thc levels you can also use as a defense that they were not mature enough to get high. plants are plants untill you get thc..good luck man

they were in about the 6th week of flowering after 3 long months of veggin. totally made the mistake n didnt use big enough pots. but with the room i was given i was glad i used only 2gal.
