burnt bud hairs

my plant is in flowering and the bud is growing well bud some of the hairs are brown and look burnt. Is this normal or did i do something wrong. I water every 3 days and with a little nutes. I moved sume of the warm colored lights a lil back because they make a lil heat. any suggestions?

I am no expert and a first time grower. But I would say that was normal, from what I undertand the hairs need to turn orange and should be 50%+ orange then you are getting close to harvest. The brown could be bud rot, have a good check and make sure it's not rotting your lovely buds. Pictures would be helpful.
