Burned tips?

Hey guys I have 2 gorilla cookies from fast buds and one has burned tips, but I accidentally split the stem on one! Maybe that’s the issue? I give them the same food in my autopots and both has air domes so I’ve done the same to both. The one with burned tips is bigger to maybe that’s the thing? She needs more food? Or less food haha. My EC is 1.4 in the reservoir. I had some issues with my ph in my trays I had to remove the water and fill them up again and now I have like 6.0 in tray and 5,7 in reservoir. I still need to empty them once again right? And fill them up again?

that's a really nice mainline started...you sure ur not trying to sucker punch someone? or troll us? burned tips are signs of overfeeding nutes....i've split more branches than i can count from super cropping, never seen tips yellow from it. they look fine to me except for a very very very slight nute burn. stay the course

Okay no I don’t really know hahah! Maybe it got harder for it to take up notes and started to eat it self u don’t know really so had to ask why I got this small yellowing tip. Just don’t want it ti escalate! So If I keep on feeding with same solution like now it will be good? And after a while slowly higher the dosage?

it's like racing...the plant is a top fuel drag car, and ur slamming gas (nutes) into the engine. That's a rich mix, in a week or two that same amount ur feeding will be the perfect amount...2 weeks after that it won't be enough to support new growth and the old growth. So you gotta dial in feeding schedules as a grower.

I’m following a schedule and it was great for one plant and not the the other even it the bigger one has burned tips. I use autopots so all gets the same food! So maybe I will empty it all now and fill it up with fresh nutes with maybe 100 lower EC from 1400 to 1300?

honestly i dont know jack squat about that E.C. stuff, i grow in soil outdoors mostly. we will need someone else to talk about that with you. All i know is you're driving those plants hard on nutes and that's not necessarily a bad thing when right on the razors edge and competent. instead of changing the formula itself you can space out the feeding, if you water>feed and get burned tips, try water>water>feed first before changing the actual formula. that's what i do.

You mean I should mix out my formula in my reservoir with water? Or feed my plant with water on top while I have food in bottom?
